Prices

All our services and prices are clearly described on the website. If booking a non-standard package, or a basic package requiring add-ons, please request a formal quotation for the work.

All images and content of 360HDTours.co.uk or any sub domain of 360HDTours.co.uk remains the intellectual property of 360 HD Tours. No images or content may be copied or distributed without prior written permission.

Logo and Brand Identity

360 HD Tours and its logo remain the copyright of 360 HD Tours. It may not be used or distributed without prior written permission, except if linked to from another website or web page. The name “360 HD Tours” is protected by law against “passing-off”.

Tour Preparation

It is the clients responsibility to ensure all sites to be photographed are “staged” and clean prior to the photographer arriving. If the photographer is delayed while the location is prepared, this will be charged at a rate of £40 / hour or part hour.

Tour Hosting.

360 HD Tours cannot be held responsible for the interruption of hosting services provided by our hosting provider. We have chosen a hosting company with an excellent record in availability and review the website availability on a regular basis.
Free hosting is given without guarantee for the life of the business. If 360 HD Tours ceases trading, there will be no obligation to continue to host the tours. For this reason, you are recommended to take the tour files and integrate to your website at your convenience.

Payment.

Payment is required within 7 days of the tour being available and an invoice being sent. The tour will be hosted for this time period to enable the client to review the tour and ensure the quality of images and tour details are as required. After this time, we withhold the right to withdraw the tour or delay the provision of tour data until payment is made. We accept cash, cheques and electronic transfer direct to our account and PayPal.
